A specialist – AI that focuses on one area of work. A sales agent knows requests for quotes, follow-ups and summaries. General agents handle familiar areas of work, from sales to HR. On top of that, we build your own specialist agents made to measure and connect them to your company's information – so their suggestions are about you.

That nobody has to count usage. In a month, the Start tier easily fits, for example:

• several long conversations of dozens of messages
• dozens of quick questions and answers
• around ten thorough, scheduled reports

And all of that twice over.

The Develop tier fits double: dozens of long conversations, well over a hundred quick questions and around twenty scheduled reports – and all of that twice over. If even that isn't enough, AI is already handling whole jobs for you. That's when we look at the Grow tier.

That's a good sign. Usage isn't cut off mid-month, and there are no surprise bills – we don't do those. If your usage is consistently well above what's described, we'll get in touch and agree on the right tier together.

No. An agent handles its whole area of work. The same sales agent handles requests for quotes, follow-ups and summaries – and when a new job comes up in that area, we add it to the agent's work. A new agent comes in only when you need a new area of expertise. A focused specialist does a better job than a jack of all trades.

General connections – for example Outlook, Gmail, Pipedrive, Teams, Slack and cloud folders – are included in every tier. During setup we build the custom connections and agents in your tier, ready to use. The fixed price assumes a working interface – otherwise we'll send a quote.

We build one. Joku.ai can be connected to any system – we shit you not. Everyday tools such as email, Teams and cloud folders are included in every tier. Each tier also includes custom connections to your own systems, and we build them during setup. Once a connection exists, your whole team and all your agents use it.

Only what you allow. For every task and conversation we define separately which connections and information it uses – nothing more. Nothing is done with your data without your permission.

Whatever we agree. On a schedule, on request or from events in your systems. Or simply by email: we set up an address for the task, for example quotes@yourcompany.joku.ai for requests for quotes – and things get moving.

The best one for each job – we choose it for you. A light question is handled by a nimble model, a demanding job by a heavier one. We bring new models to you quickly, without you having to do anything. And as the models improve, you get more for the same price.

In the EU – both processing and storage. Your data is never used to train AI models. Security is our responsibility.

No long contracts – you commit one quarter at a time. We bill quarterly in advance. We bill half of the setup fee straight away and half once everything is up and running. Fair for both sides.
